RSI works in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan. It has strong, comparative advantage in the South, East and Southeast regions, and can access many insecure regions of the country. RSI’s regional offices are in Kabul, Jalalabad (Nangarhar), Mazar-e-Sharif (Balkh), Hirat and Kandahar. It also has sub-offices currently in Asadabad (Kunar), Ghazni City Khost City, Lashkar Gah (Helmand), and Maimana (Faryab).
